My-Licence.co.uk is a marketplace platform for online and training courses which connects customer and sellers. Customer are student looking for online courses or booking training courses and sellers are approved trainers or training centres.
Customer book courses using the My-Licence.co.uk website with approved partners. The funds collected safely by using approved online payment system on the website.
My-Licence.co.uk only works with fully approved and insured training partners to safeguard (students) customer.

The Customer’s legal authority

The Customer must be at least 18 years old, be legally authorised to enter into contractual obligations, have the requisite consent or authority to act for or on behalf of any persons included in a booking and must use the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms of Use. The Customer is responsible for his / her activities on the Website (financially or otherwise), including the possible use of his / her username and password. The Customer guarantees that the information entered by him / her on the Website in relation to him / her is accurate.

Any use of the Website that is fraudulent or is in conflict with these General Terms and Conditions shall be reason for refusing the Customer access to the Services offered by My-Licence.co.uk and the Suppliers or to the other functionalities of the Website.

All courses are delivered by approved Training Providers and you accept the Training Provider Terms of service when placing a booking either online or over the phone. My-Licence.co.uk acts as a booking agent.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking,you must informed us or Training Provider by 24 hours before the start of the course, cancellation charges may incur. No refunds will be processed after the 24hour period of placing your order. You will need to rebook the course and repay for the course if you wish to do this course again. 100% attendance is a must; any late arrivals are not acceptable.

Rescheduling your course

If you are unable to attend on the scheduled course date reserved, you must notify the Training Provider prior to the course start date. The Training Provider reschedule the course date with you at the same location, subject to availability.
 A reschedule request must be sent to Training Provider via telephone or email 24 hours before the start of the course.
If you do not reschedule your course before it starts or fail to attend the course you have booked, you will be required to make and pay for a new booking if you wish to take the course in the future. Insufficient ID brought to the course and lateness
 It is a legal requirement to always have ID on you during your training. If you do not bring the required IDs to your course, you will be rescheduled onto another course.
 If you are going to be late to the course, you must contact your Training Provider immediately.
 If you are going to be substantially late to the course, you will have to be rescheduled onto another course.

Cancelling your course

 All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the course, you may be able to reschedule it. We may be able place your booking on hold if you contact us within 24 hours of your booking.
If you have paid a deposit and fail to notify of non-attendance, you are not eligible for a reschedule. Then you will not receive a reimbursement of your deposit and the remaining payment will be due.
 In the event of non-attendance where payment has been received, you will not be eligible for a refund.
 If you have to cancel your course due to a medical reason, we would require evidence from your GP
Customer are responsible for providing accurate information as to the physical address where certification will be dispatched using clear handwriting.
 In the case of ID validation forms used by awarding bodies, the onus on the candidate is to ensure that their name is written in the correct format and the spellings are correct, failure to do so will result in the candidate being liable for administration costs charged by the awarding body for correction.
Any form of uncivil behaviour at the Training Provider premises will lead to exclusion from the course for which no refund will be made.

Receipts, Billing and Settlement

Receipt of purchase is provided online at the time of purchase with a copy sent via email from My-Licence.co.uk to the address specified by the Customer at the time of purchase. It is important that the Customer prints, saves and maintains a copy of these receipts because the information contained within the receipts will be required if there are any technical or other unforeseen issues in the future that affect your access to the eLearning platform or if you request a refund.

Any information contained within the receipt(s) that is deemed by the Customer to be incorrect or incomplete must be raised by the Customer with us via email, writing or telephone within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

We will endeavour to rectify the incorrect or incomplete information within 24 hours of receiving a reasonable request from the Customer.

Any sort of unacceptable behaviour at all Training venues will lead to exclusion from the course for which we will not offer any refund. All bookings are subject to availability of spaces and relevant resources.

Customers who make the booking via phone, email or through our website are liable for any balance outstanding (if any), in full. Candidates must be eligible to attend the course you book with us. Please check that you meet all criteria before reserving a space on any of Training Centres.

Reservations made online are non-refundable; course dates and timing cannot be changed by customers.

Reservations made online can not be transferred to any individual who is eligible to attend. Training Centres reserves the right to change the venue with another suitable venue. We will notify all candidates via email, text or telephone at least 24 hours before the start of the course.

Please note we may only ever change the venue location if there is an utmost need for it and there is no other option available to Training Provider to accommodate customers at the original location. In the unlikely event of cancellation of any courses by Training Centres.

All certificates are delivered via royal mail, standard service. Collections can be made by customers with prior notification only. Customers will be responsible to pay any awarding body charges for replacement certificates.

The Customer must agree not to resell, license or sublicense for profit or otherwise provide a third party with access to the eLearning courses or individual E-Learning lessons which are available on the My-Licence.co.uk website.

The Customer may not attempt to derive the source code of any of the website’s products or services or otherwise use the products or services to develop any other computer programme.

Unauthorised use of any of the eLearning courses featured on this website will give rise to a legal claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence and lead to prosecution.

The Customer accepts responsibility for making any necessary changes to their IT systems in order to receive emails from us or to access the Training Provider or E-Learning courses.
